The raw materials used for the production of the belt are the first-rate polypropylene granule with an antistatic and antiUV treatment and the high-density polyethylene granule with an antiUV treatment, they are respectively used for the manifacturing of the warp and the weft.
From the processing of raw materials, two different types of yarns are obtained:the monofilament and the raffia, which are available in different diameters and colours.
Thanks to the winders, the raffia and the monofilament are spooled up on the reels for internal use.
PROCESSING OF THE LOOMS
The yarns are woven both for warp and weft in a herringbone pattern, which is very resistant and durable,in order to produce a very compact belt.
LINEARITY CHECK OF THE BELT
When the belt reaches the requested lenght, workers cut it and control its linearity.
This system is able to wind the streched belt and in the case that the product presents some defects,it is refined handly by sewing. When the roll is completely winded and without imperfections, a label indicating the name of the customer, the type of the belt, the lenght of the roll, possible references given by the customers and the correct assembling instructions is applied.
The final product is packed and put on the pallet which meet the normatives ISPM15,then it is fixed thanks to a polyester strap and winded by a protective film.
The company has its own laboratory, where the raw materials are analised and checked. Moreover both yarns and belt's features such as toughness and stretching are tested thanks to an electronic dynamometre.
